Terms & Conditions — RecruitBuddy
Welcome to RecruitBuddy. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration

  • Registration on RecruitBuddy is completely free.
  • Upon securing a job through our platform, a one-time registration fee of ₹499 will be applicable on your first day of employment.
  • This fee is non-refundable and is only required once you are successfully hired.
  • The registration is valid for a lifetime or until job confirmation, whichever occurs first.

2. Consultancy Fees

  • Our consultancy fees are 50% of the candidate’s total gross salary, payable after the first month of employment.
  • The fee is expected upon receipt of the first salary.
  • GJC may facilitate direct salary deductions from the company if necessary.
  • Full payment is required promptly, and no discounts or installment plans are available.

3. Notice Period

  • Candidates must provide a minimum one-month notice prior to resigning from their position.
  • Statutory notice periods become applicable once a candidate completes over one month of employment.
  • Employers are authorized to deduct charges directly from the candidate’s salary in case of non-compliance with notice requirements.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Candidates are expected to adhere to company policies and complete all necessary formalities.
  • Failure to serve the required notice period or comply with company policies may result in salary deductions or other consequences.
  • RecruitBuddy / GJC is not responsible for any post-employment issues, including sudden terminations, incomplete salary disbursements, or non-compliance with company formalities.

5. Liability

If a candidate leaves their job within one month without completing formalities or does not receive salary for any reason, RecruitBuddy / GJC will not be held liable.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using RecruitBuddy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
